The Ori storyline is so dull it needs a snap ending; get it over with fast and move on.

So, here's my solution: take the booby-trapped ZPM (the one that Camulus made) and strap it to the chest of Beau Bridges and have him prostrate himself to the Ori as a willing convert. They take him to the Ori headquarters to turn him into a door-to-door proselytizer. When the Ori are gathered to witness his conversion, he flips the deadman switch.

The Ori are destroyed, and so is the boring imitation O'Neill.

Carter is promoted to Brigadier General, and she takes over the Stargate Program.
