Just out of curiosity, what do you think would happen if both the wraith and the ori were in our galaxy? Would the Ori try pointlessly to convert the wraith or would the wraith just eat every living soul in site and get blasted by random priors?

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Sun, January 29, 2006 - 12:53 PMI don't think that the Ori would be able to convert the Wraith... I think that they'd wipe out the Wraith... -

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Sun, January 29, 2006 - 3:57 PMI wish I had an opinion on this..but the 2nd episode of Atlantis is on at 9 tonight and I have'nt even seen a Wraith yet!
I just tattoo a friend of mine who's bring'n me all of season 1 and 2 tomorrow!
I figure it'll take me alittle while to watch all of them...but I'll pull a marithon and watch as many as I can! I'm working outta my house for the next few weeks so I get away with it !
I'm just gonna need to make sure I got a good stash of weed and munchies to see me through!

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Mon, January 30, 2006 - 7:37 PMWell...if the Wraith ate everyone in the universe...that would certainly limit the Ori's powerbase in the universe....they wouldn't be able to eat the priors, obviously...though..come to think of it, that would be a pretty good tactic to take care of the Ori in general....
...What if a Wraith ascended.....? Now THAT would be scary...I doubt the Wraith would be capable of ascension though... -

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Thu, February 2, 2006 - 9:16 PMI think the Ori would simply wipe out the Wraith on general principles.
If not for GP, then probably for their body odor. To date I've never seen a Wraith take a bath!

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Sun, September 3, 2006 - 11:56 AMWell first the Wraith would procede to cull Earth in order to feed. Then the Wraith would attack the Ori crusaders, being as the Wraith have been able to beat Ancient technology they will go to work on the Ori. After that then all of our galaxies forces would have to repel the Wraith. -

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Sun, September 3, 2006 - 2:34 PMI'm under the impression that the main reason why the Ancients didn't defeat the Wraith is not necessary because of the Wraith's superior numbers but because the Ancients couldn't (or wouldn't) think strategically. Despite being highly advanced and highly evolved, the Ancients, for whatever reason, couldn't think of (or refused to use) any highly-efficient means of stopping the Wraith. But the Ori, in constrast, do seem to have better strategic sense than the Ancients. Therefore, I say the Ori have a pretty good chance of defeating the Wraith despite the Wraith's "superior numbers." -

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Sun, September 3, 2006 - 8:46 PMsee, iv been lead to believe by everything iv seen that is was simply the wraiths superior numbers (and the more reckless but destructive tactics they could employ with them) that beat the ancients. its def been established that the ancients were FAR superior in technology. but ya, i agree. in an all out between the wraith and the ori, the ori would KICK.....THEIR....ASS!!! -

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Wed, October 11, 2006 - 2:25 PMWell, we're talking about pre-ascension Ancients compared to post-ascension Ori. I don't think it's a fair comparison. The post-ascension Ancients could beat the wraith, but they choose not to on a general noninterference principle.

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Tue, September 5, 2006 - 8:50 AMOri would attempt to convert the WRaith. The Ori kid- Vala's kid would wipe them out. -

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Tue, September 5, 2006 - 4:01 PMWhy would the Ori be more successful than the Ancients? Because the Ancients wouldn't purge all life in a galaxy?

Re: Ori Vs. Wraith
Thu, September 28, 2006 - 3:14 PMI'd like to see a Wraith get Goa'uld-ed and then made into a Prior.
